Consistent Exercise Protects
Am I Too Old to Get Moving
If you feel old it’s probably because you’re not doing any form of cardiovascular, probably any exercise. It’s never too late to get started exercising but it’s never too early either.
Just a 30-minute walk a day — although longer is even better — helps reduce your risk of many diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, anxiety and other cancers.
Research also shows regular exercise helps you feel better physically and mentally so you function better on a daily basis.
Rest and Recovery
Rest and recovery, giving your body enough time to sleep, relax, and recover from your workouts and your life in general, proves beneficial.
